I am a lawyer with an MBA who has worked in legal operations and legal technology for almost a decade, including 5.5 years where I provided market intelligence and strategy advice to senior leadership at one of the largest legal technology companies in the world. I led key competitive intelligence teams and provided digests of all the major industry reports to senior leadership, including detailed analysis and recommendations based not only on the research but on hundreds of hours of dialogue with legal ops directors, law firm business people, and other industry observers.
